Christmas Birds

Evening peeps

What a nightmare my son has had with his shopping over the last week.  He decided last Sunday to do an on line shop with Asda to be delivered between 7pm and 9pm on Monday night.  At 6.30pm, he received a phone call informing him that they had no drivers so could he come into store and pick up the order instead.  The store is a bus trip away and he doesn't drive, so they arranged for the shopping to come the following evening.

By 9 that night there was still no delivery, so he rang the store and was told that it must still be on the van and that he would receive it by 11pm, surprise, surprise, no delivery and no phone call.  The following morning, he rang the store again but this time he was put through to their head office, who assured him that the order would be picked and sent out the same day.

Half an hour later, they rang him back to say that they couldn't deliver his order and that he would receive a refund in 10 days.  I'm not being funny, but he is a student, so not only had he gone without his shopping for 2 days, he would now have to wait 10 days to get his money back.

Anyway, today, he has received an email telling him that he will get a refund in the next 10 days from today, he has already waited 7 days. and to top it off, the refund isn't the right amount, that's another phone call tomorrow.  I work for this company and at the moment, I feel really embarrassed to admit that.

Anyway, onto tonight's card which is a Christmas card.  The digital stamp is called Winter Song Birdies from Doodle Pantry and it has been coloured using Copics and ProMarkers.
