Well the big announcement at work was leaked to the press, so they are now trying to rush through all the colleague meetings, this company never gets it right.
It turns out that they are offering a pay rise for anyone that is willing to sign a flexible hours contract. That's great, but it feels like they are giving in one hand and taking from the other. Along with this contract, your breaks will become unpaid and you will be required to work every Bank Holiday. So far, everyone that I have spoken to has said no. Give it a couple of years and we will probably all be forced to sign it.
